RESERVATIONS
The Board Room is managed by the Office of the President. To make a reservation, please email the Board Office, boardoffice@caltech.edu
Although it would be an unusual circumstance, users of the room should be aware that their reservations may be cancelled if a conflict arises with the needs of the Board of Trustees or the President.

Please note: the lobby doors must always be closed and locked when the facility is not in use.
CAPACITY
Room capacity is limited to 48 attendees.
Zoom Room capacity is limited to 300 remote attendees.
